N10 Tradespeople is a female-owned property maintenance company in Muswell Hill, serving all of London. We offer quick, responsive, and efficient maintenance and project management services.
Founded to simplify the process of hiring tradespeople for homes, workplaces, or rentals, we aim to provide friendly, reliable service with high-quality workmanship at a price that fits your budget.
We understand how challenging it can be to find dependable tradespeople who arrive on time and complete work to standard. We strive to be punctual and will notify you in advance if rescheduling is necessary.
My team includes recommended self-employed and employed tradespeople for the listed services, with additional specialists available. Each is experienced, background-checked, insured, and friendly.
I arrange for two tradespeople (if a second opinion is requested) to assess the job, and I provide an estimate within 2-3 days of the site visit; larger projects may take longer.
A tradesperson can also address specific needs during their visit, with pricing discussed beforehand. We only do necessary work.
Once you accept the estimate, we agree on a start date, and work begins. We aim to complete projects on time and within budget.
I also offer a Project Management service for renovations at a 10% fee, which must be utilised if the property is empty.
I handle daily maintenance groundwork, helping clients select the right professionals and saving time and money.
N10 Tradespeople provides a comprehensive property service with regular monitoring to ensure quality. If expectations aren’t met, contact me, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Experiences
I began my career straight out of university, having studied a BSc in Biochemistry, and joined the Home Office as a Civil Servant. I started as an Administrative Assistant in the Efficiency Unit. From there, I developed strong management skills and a consistent focus on achieving successful outcomes.
As I progressed through the Civil Service, I left at the level of Higher Executive Officer with a well-established track record in efficiency and database programming. I then moved into the wider public sector of the NHS, gaining extensive experience in management and strategic planning. Before long, I went solo, working as a freelance Business Consultant for small businesses in North London.
From my own experiences and those of friends, I have come to realise how difficult it can be to find reliable tradespeople with the right skills to deliver work to a high standard.
People want someone they can trust to provide a service with proper care and attention, at a fair price, and within a reasonable timeframe.
Trusting your tradesperson to complete the job on schedule and within budget is essential, but many do not meet this expectation.
Equally important is that every tradesperson treats clients with respect and fairness, in line with our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion policy—and that clients respond with respect in return.
For these reasons, N10 Tradespeople was created.
